When is my booking confirmed?+
Your booking is confirmed after the event team verifies the bank payment and sends the confirmation on WhatsApp.
Can I book different categories together?+
One payment can include up to 10 tickets from one category. Make a separate booking if you need another category.
How do I pay?+
Choose your tickets on the booking page. You can scan or download the official QR, or copy the UPI ID and exact amount into your payment app.
What if Instagram does not open WhatsApp?+
Use Instagram’s menu to open the page in your external browser. For payment, download the QR or copy the UPI ID and amount manually.
Money was debited but I lost the booking. What now?+
Do not pay again. Message the team on WhatsApp immediately, or use the already-paid form so they can match it to the bank statement.
Will I receive numbered seats?+
Your category is confirmed after payment verification. Any exact seat allocation or entry instructions will be included in the final confirmation.
