1. Event and organiser
Anahat Naad is presented by Tathya Charitable Trust (“the Organiser”). It is scheduled for Saturday, 22 August 2026 at 8:30 PM onwards at S. P. University Auditorium, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat.
2. Booking eligibility and details
You must provide an accurate name and contact the Organiser from an active WhatsApp number. One website payment may include up to 10 tickets from one category. If you book for other attendees, you are responsible for sharing these terms and all event instructions with them.
3. Availability and confirmation
All tickets are subject to availability. Making a payment or sending a WhatsApp message does not by itself confirm a ticket. A booking is final only after the Organiser verifies payment and issues a confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
- Platinum: ₹999 per ticket
- Diamond: ₹599 per ticket
- Gold: ₹299 per ticket
The booking page calculates the exact amount and provides the official payment QR, a QR download and a copyable UPI ID. If you scan or download the static QR, enter the exact amount shown on the booking page. Verify the payee name before approving the transaction. The Organiser will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card credentials. You are responsible for any charge applied independently by your bank or payment app.
5. Payment proof and confirmation
After payment, use the pre-filled WhatsApp confirmation and send a clear screenshot or UPI transaction ID in the same conversation. Sending payment proof is not itself payment confirmation. The Organiser will check the bank credit and then send a confirmed booking or ask for clarification.
If money is debited but the payment cannot be connected to your WhatsApp confirmation, do not pay again. Contact the Organiser in WhatsApp or submit an “already paid” claim with the payer’s contact information, transaction ID, amount and screenshot. A claim does not reserve a seat and is subject to bank verification and remaining availability.
6. Entry and seating
A valid confirmed ticket may be required at entry and can be accepted only once. Ticket links must be kept private; a copy may be refused after the original has checked in. Ticket categories provide category admission; any exact seat allocation or entry instructions will be communicated with the confirmation. Please arrive in time and follow reasonable auditorium, safety and security instructions.
7. Cancellations, postponement and refunds
Completed ticket bookings are non-refundable except where the event is cancelled by the Organiser, a duplicate payment is verified, or a refund is required by applicable law. If the event is postponed or the venue changes, the Organiser will communicate whether the existing booking remains valid and any available options. Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the bank or payment provider.
8. Changes outside the Organiser’s control
Artist schedules, event timing and arrangements may change for safety, legal, operational or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated through the contact information supplied with the booking where reasonably possible.
9. Conduct and prohibited use
Tickets may not be obtained through fraud, payment manipulation or automated abuse. The Organiser may refuse or cancel a booking supported by invalid or duplicate payment proof. Attendees must not disrupt the event, endanger others or violate venue rules or applicable law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not responsible for indirect loss, personal travel or accommodation costs, or failures caused by third-party banking, telecommunications or UPI services.
11. Privacy and contact
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. For booking assistance, call +91 97272 50050 or message the Trust on WhatsApp.
